Hey girl! Happy New Year! This time of year, we all get pretty ambitious…


You know what I'm talking about? Once the clock struck midnight on December 31st, we decided that we’re going to:


  • Eat better

  • Drink more water

  • Spend more time with our loved ones

  • Travel more

  • Make more money

  • Start an exercise routine

  • Read more books


And the list goes on! Sound familiar?
