Staying Strong, Grounded & Sane Through the Holidays

ree

Hey girl!

Whew… December is here, and if I'm being honest, it can feel like a holly-jolly mess! 😂Between holiday plans, family schedules, end-of-year deadlines, and trying to maintain some type of routine — your energy, hormones, and stress levels are literally all over the place. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to choose between enjoying the season and taking care of yourself.

On the podcast this month, we’re focusing on ways you can stay strong, grounded, and sane while navigating the busiest season of the year. We’ll talk about everything from pelvic floor health to detoxing your home to snacking smarter and ending the year feeling strong. All simple, doable tools that fit the “real life” version of this month — not the Pinterest-perfect one.

Your pelvic floor? Let’s just say stress, tightness, and holiday rushing can impact more than you think (episode coming on that!). The everyday toxins you’re exposed to? There are easy swaps that won’t require you to overhaul your entire house before New Year’s. And the snacking? Girl… it’s the holidays! You can enjoy the season and still keep your hormones happy. Then we’re closing out the month by busting some outdated strength training myths so you walk into 2026 feeling empowered, not confused.

Here’s your intention for December: Choose small habits that help you stay present, energized, and grounded — even when the calendar’s full.

Your first action step? Pick one thing that keeps you centered this month — maybe a 10-minute walk, a simple morning check-in, or choosing snacks that actually fuel (and satisfy!) you. Keep it doable, and let it be enough.

Let’s finish the year strong, not stressed. Progress over perfection — always 💛
