Daisha Enos brings over two decades of expertise to the health and fitness industry, backed by a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee and a Master's in Health & Human Performance from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga.
As a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, Daisha has shaped the wellness journeys of diverse clients—from amateur & professional athletes to active seniors. Her specialties in women's coaching and active aging reflect her commitment to helping people thrive at every life stage.
A dynamic national presenter for a global health company and host of "The Sana Vida Pod," Daisha combines evidence-based strategies with practical solutions that fit real life. When she's not helping clients build sustainable fitness habits, you'll find her cheering on her favorite football teams or traveling to fun vacation spots with her husband and two kids.
