Get your questions answered!

Is this program self-paced?

To a degree, yes.  You'll be given all the program materials you need once you have registered for the Challenge & joined the private FB Group.  Your access to coaching, however, only occurs during the 28 days of the Challenge.  Once the Challenge ends, you can continue to follow the principles of the program on your own!

What if I have questions during the program?

You're in luck: as your Coach, you'll have access to me via email & the FB Group for the entire 28 days!

How is this different from other diet or exercise programs?

1) This ain't no diet! LOL  This program aims to teach women the proper & easy way to track their macronutrients needs - for the short-term!  After this Challenge, you will have a solid understanding of your own personal nutrient needs, and less "tracking" will be required.

2) Although I will discuss exercise and its role in your health journey, a specific workout program is not provided in this Challenge.  Our main focus will be your nutrition!

Is there a guarantee?
